Lizzie No has been singing all her life. She studied literature and poetry at Stanford University and then traveled the country with a folk band. Her accumulated stories of lonely hotel rooms, minimum wage jobs, relationships good and bad, crippling depression, and stubborn insistence upon steering her own ship, are presented on her debut solo album, ‘Hard Won.’

Lizzie is a winner of the American Songwriter Lyrics Contest, a finalist in the New England Indie Rock Competition, and a frequent musical guest of The Moth.
